FORD MARKET & CAR BOOT SALES re-opened on the 4th JULY
As a result of Covid 19 we will have to alter the way we operate to keep social distancing so there will be NO free for all early in the morning.
PLEASE help us to re-open safely

4 Stay in your vehicles until directed otherwise.
5 Bring and use your own PPE— gloves, masks and sanitiser
Blue Badge parking has been suspended until further notice
Enter by the Ford gate (under the plane)
The Yapton gate will remain closed until approx 9am
Please use the Ford entrance under the plane and you will be directed where to line up on the Yapton (west) wing
Please stay in your vehicles whilst in the queue.
There will be no catering wagons or toilets open until the last seller is in place, so don’t come too early.
There will be no choice of pitch positions.
You will be parked up with 10ft gaps between each stall This 10ft space MUST be kept clear at all times.
There is to be NO trading before the public come in.
You are responsible for your own PPE - masks, gloves and sanitiser.
Booters will be encouraged to use tables to provide social distancing and are responsible for the distancing around their stalls.
You must make sure you take ALL rubbish away with you including any nails/screws left on your pitch.
No vehicle may move before 12 noon (Thursday and Saturday) and 12.30 (Sunday).
During this period all pitches on all days will be the same size and price, extra spaces to be paid for on entry.
There will be no walk-in sellers (without vehicle).
Please enter by the Ford gate under the plane and park in order of arrival.
No buyer can enter the selling site until all the sellers are set up - approx 8.30 (9.30 Sundays). You will then be directed to the entrance IN ORDER, row by row in turn by the staff.
Please respect this and stay in your car until your turn.
There will be no catering or toilets open until the last seller is in place, so don’t come too early..
You should bring your own PPE, masks, gloves and sanitiser.
Trolleys will be available from 9am and the handles will be cleaned between each use.
Please do not touch anything on the stalls without the permission of the stall holders.
